Separate source, filter, and delivery first: check subscription status, new posts, active mode, and only then AI rules.
Before you start
- Open the source card and keep an example of a missed post.
Steps
- Confirm Delivering, not Saved without delivery.
- Check for a new post and the live filter.
- For digest inspect timezone, next run, and history.
- For MAX check permissions; for RSS the last read.
- Give support the source, example, time, and web/TG/MAX surface.
Expected result
The issue is narrowed to ingestion, filter, schedule, or delivery.
Important limitations
- The public assistant cannot inspect operational account state.
If it did not work
- Do not remove and re-add an old subscription before checking.
