Step-by-step guide
Web assistant: questions and commands
The Assistant bar at the top of every account section accepts questions and commands like the Telegram bot input. Find news, learn how the service works, and manage settings. Changes are proposed first and applied only after your confirmation.
Before you start
- Sign in to your web account. Use the same account as Telegram to share sources and quotas.
Steps
- Open any account section and find the Assistant bar at the top.
- Type one task and choose Send or press Enter. Try “Show my subscriptions”, “Enable summaries”, or “Send my digest at 9:00”.
- For a one-time briefing, ask “Find news about the economy from the past week”. For an ongoing rule, ask “Do not send sports news”. These are different actions.
- Read the proposed settings change. Choose Confirm to apply it or Cancel to keep the current setting.
- In Feed, choose Ask about this news to attach a publication to your question. The attached context appears above the input and can be removed before sending.
- Refine the task in the same conversation. Your draft and current conversation remain when you move between account sections.
- Use Conversation and Collapse to show or hide the exchange. Recent turns load when you return to the account.
Expected result
The answer or search result appears beside the input. After a confirmed change, the assistant reports the result and refreshes account data.
Important limitations
- The assistant supports service commands rather than unrestricted general-purpose chat.
- A confirmation is valid for 15 minutes. Wait for the current action before sending another; up to 6 requests per minute are allowed.
- Public tutorial search finds instructions. To search news or change your account, use the assistant after signing in.
- Web conversation history is available for 90 days; the interface shows the most recent 12 turns.
If it did not work
- If the proposed action is wrong, choose Cancel and make the command more specific.
- If completion cannot be confirmed, check the setting in its account section before deciding whether to retry.
- If you still need help, open Help and send a support request.
